  This review is posted on the Halfords Group profile to bring attention to their ill-judged Halfords Marketplace relationship with Outdoor Camping Direct. This company's customer service does not match Halfords own and by letting them access the Halfords customer base, and taking advantage of customers trust in the Halfords brand, they are dragging you down. I have just been let down by them, as others also report online, with no delivery of the item when due, no updates, and no ability to find out the order status unless it's during the core working week. I would advise Halfords to reconsider the marketplace relationship.
